Pengaruh Subjective Norm, Attitude dan Perceived Behavioural Control terhadap Intention to Use Parkir Elektronik

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence subjective norms on intention use electronic parking, find out attitudes toward parking effect perceived behavioural control parking. approach used in research is a quantitative approach. data are primary with questions that asked online questionnaire, which distributed population Surabaya city residents 2020. Respondents obtained were as many 60 people, consisting 27 men 33 women. sampling technique uses accidental technique. analysis multiple linear regression statistical In processing data, warpPLS 6.0 software. findings show that: (1) Subjective have significant (? = 0,271; p-value 0,012). (2) Attitudes (?= 0,293; 0,007). (3) Perceived Behavioral Control has 0,503; < 0,001).
